Meet airbrush-dreams.com and his family. They have been a continual support for Fred's pursuit of airbrush art. Which includes airbrush t-shirts, airbrush leathers and airbrush automotive art. The love of his two daughters and wife have been the driving force in his life.

I was born August 1961 and raised in West Irondequoit, Rochester, N. Y. At the age of 8 I became interested in art. While in High School I met a friend that was doing Taxidermy, so I took a course to learn how to do Taxidermy through the mail. My friend showed me how to paint a fish with an airbrush and that started my new found love of airbrushing. I quickly started to experiment on paper with inks. Not long after that I bought a copy of Airbrush Digest which is now called Airbrush Action Magazine. It had an article about t-shirt airbrushing. I researched all I could at the time for information about textile paints and t-shirts. Back then there was not much information to be had except if you lived near a tourist spot and people were airbrushing there. At the age of 23 I met my wife and we got married in May of 1984. At the same time I contacted Mark (The Shark) Rush in Destin Florida. I mailed him some samples of my art work and he offered me a position to airbrush in Ft. Walton Beach Florida. We moved to Florida the day after we were married and a week later I was setting up to airbrush. The first season was rough for me in Florida because I was so new to this field. After going broke and not finding a spot for the next season my wife wanted to move back to NY. I was determined not to let this be the end of my airbrush-dreams and that is where I got the name for my site. This is why I am always willing to help those with questions on how to airbrush. I know how tough it can be when there is no one around to lend their knowledge and make the learning experience a fun and fruitful one. As always Keep On Painting and I am just an e-mail away.
